Following our taster session, Katherine will be running 3 workshops for Senior Leaders. In these sessions she will cover:
¨ The importance of managing yourself and creating an effective work / life balance. Developing resilience. Opportunities to focus on your areas of strength to increase confidence levels improving your performance levels.
